L.T.D. has been an MC/Host for radio and television for over twenty years. Born in Jackson, Mississippi he later moved to Oklahoma in 1974. He met DJ Terrorizzer and Mike Ice, who are the brothers of DJ T-Nyce. It was around that time he formed Krush II which evolved into Sho-Nuf. L.T.D. has hosted many big show events for Universal, RCA, Capitol and Death Row Records. He has also hosted events with Mike Epps, and a Super Bowl event. He has traveled throughout the United States, Europe, Canada and Australia not only with Sho-Nuf but with Street Grind Entertainment.
Mike Ice grew up in Oklahoma City with his brothers, T-Nyce and D J Terrorizer. While his brothers were off spinning records, Ice could be found at the local park break dancing. He was one of the founding members of OKC Dynamics. Growing up in a musical family helped, he was one of the first to have the latest of fresh music from NY or CA. After forming Krush II with family and friends, he helped evolve Sho-Nuf to what it is today.
Ralf Larn was born in Japan and came to United States in the early 80s and started picking up playing drums at the young age of 5 yrs old. Ralf Larn Has been in Drum Magizine for his works in past bands and even been compared to Travis Barker by the editor. Ralf Larn is currently endorsing proudly these compaines: Po Boy Drums, Risen Drums, Drumnetics, and Drum Star Wear. Ralf Larn also supports products by Kelly Shu, Evans Drum Heads,Shure, and Vic Firth Drum Sticks Player Label Series "Ralf Larn". Ralf Larn Joined Sho- Nuf in 2006 and currently just finshed recording tracks for the Debut Self Titled E.P.
