Yes OM = operation mobilization... I've been praying about it and it still seems like a lot of work/prayer needs need to be answered before I can go but I'm just trusting that God will provide and for me to take it one step at a time.. though I sometimes have my doubts though if I should do something where I'm dependent fully on God and on nothing else... it's a great place to be but super scary when explaining to others why God wants me to go as it doesn't make sense at times to me(but God's thoughts are not my thoughts).. how have you been?
Well turns out the earliest I can go to Africa with the mission organization OM I'm looking at would be January of next year. So that gives me much more time to fundraise, get my application in first. I missed their mandatory training they have for longer term mission trips as that only occurs twice a year.. so I'll be doing that in September... I can't say for sure whether I'm going as it is only an idea right now but God is opening doors for me to walk through. Well keep in touch... and maybe if I have time/money I could visit you though I'm not sure exactly where in florida you live... or where that place would be...
I am doing well... just pondering on what/where I will be in Sept. Currently looking at possibly going on missions for a longer period of time... destination unknown but hopefully somewhere in Africa... but other than that things are pretty much the same for me right now.. I have a couple of aunts who have come from far away... one from san fran and the other from new zealand..

No, I did not. In fact, I haven't heard of it. It may have sprung up lately, because before, only a Catholic orphanage was there, Hermano Pedro, and those kids weren't up for adoption. Weird.
And the United States were threatening to stop giving licenses to adopt from Guate because of the high rate of dishonesty amongst the adoption lawyers and agencies there.
Maybe this one opened in response to the uselessness and danger of the other agencies. This one lady was almost killed because some agency supposedly took a kid against the mother's will, and the mother's friends came after the American woman and the child. So many wild adventures...
