Nurtured from a simple idea the Shoplift Gallery is a place for like-minded people to show and appreciate varied art works.
Gaining access to unused space provides artists with the rare opportunity to display their own art.
These exhibitions run for a limited period of time, briefly
transforming these otherwise dormant spaces into temporary galleries.
As there is no permanent residence, and empty spaces are not always attainable, there is now a continuous exhibition on-line. Both the web site and exhibitions provide a platform for emerging artists from various creative backgrounds.
