Once upon a time, there were three young ladies who hadn't picked up their instruments in a very long time. They had not practiced or played with other people in over five years, so as you can imagine, they were not very good. One day they decided it was time to remember their forgotten instuments and find their lost loves and so they created this band.
After some time of rocking sans vocals, the bass player's husband showed up at practice and, emboldened by bourbon, grabbed the microphone, and hollered. This arrangement seemed amenable to all involved, especially when a guitar was substituted for whiskey as a crutch.
I hit play and started counting. I knew better, but I did it anyway. Love the song (and whatever time it's in). I get to hear the live version soon, no?
