About me: Hello, My name is Sheryl. I'm currently a student majoring in photography and minoring in graphic design at Belhaven College. I have been doing my own work since January 2004. I have photographed numerous weddings so far and countless portraits. I strive to provide each bride with exactly what she desires plus more. I do not want to be labeled as doing a particular style of photography. I don't want to be the typical wedding photographer from Mississippi either. I want to go above & beyond and give each bride a unique and personal wedding album to cherish forever. That's why I shoot constantly during every wedding and do not limit myself on what I take. Every bride is different, and her wedding should be the same. I am available to go anywhere for any wedding, including destination weddings! I love to travel and see new places. I understand the stresses of the wedding day. So I try to take a creative, relaxing approach to my photography. I found my interest in photography when I was about 10. My mom handed me a camera, and I have been shooting ever since. I gained a real love for it in 9th grade when I took a journalism class. I studied it throughout high school and decided at 18 that I wanted to be a photographer. So here I am over 4 years later at 23 following my heart, my passion, and my love of photography! Photography is not just my career but my passion & my art! One thing I have learned in life is that you have to love what you do, and I love photography! There's not a day that goes by that I don't pick up my camera. I love being outside when it's storming or sunny with my camera in my hand. The world is God's art work, and I am in love with it! i had a blast in florida i cant wait to move there. we almost go thangs figured out.but he is coming home this week for thanksgiving and he will be coming home for a month i think in ..o jan. whoohoo!!! so i wont be moving till first of the year in jan. yeah all of my friends and family love the pics. they did say you did a great job and that they were beautiful.
