Show and Tell Gallery exists in our hearts, minds, coffee houses, borrowed galleries, and other public places--and occasionally in Melissa's apartment. We build Portland's indie arts community by hosting events in public places where creative people can meet, gather, perform, and learn. Events are held at the Show and Tell Gallery and in public places, like Three Friends Coffee House, 201 SE 12th Avenue. Please contact us if you'd like to collaborate on a program or perform at an event.

DancingScott	2009/8/3 05:28 Too hot? Ha! I spent last weekend (the hottest of 2009) in the Oregon desert pulling obsolete barbed wire fence. My latest story features a severed head kept alive by a former mad scientist, and the severed head is obsessed with real estate and gets drunk on tequila but it has to be good tequila, not the cheap bottom-shelf stuff.

rick j	2009/4/29 23:05 congratulations on a well hosted show on monday. nice warm cozy vibe, and a little sing along too! i appreciate that you have musicians & spokenword people playing together. i think spokenword can complement certain music really well and so i hope the idea becomes contagious. i also hope to see more featured reading events around town and more creative ways to share our stories, poems, songs, raps & rants, etc. anyway, i just wanted to say that you are definitely part of the solution and thank you for showing up and giving your time & energy. bless, bless
