About me: We (Mike and Lori Salley) founded Show Mercy International in 2004 after several trips to Africa. We were ruined forever. The look of a starving child will either paralyze you or cause you to take action. We are doing something about it. Will you join us?
We have been married for 13 years after meeting while attending Louisiana State University. We have a passion to assist the poor and hurting, specifically focusing on the orphaned and abandoned children in third world countries such as Uganda. We also have a passion to encourage people right here in the United States to pursue the dreams that God has placed in their hearts and to know that with God everything is possible.

i am so excited for june, and looking at pictures and things just reminds me about how bad i want to be there and how much i honestly love the people of uganda.
