Global Domination  (Swe)  5.5 "...The music, to my ear, sits in a space in between Lamb of God and Mudvayne. You get hardcore vocals, a pretty funky base, tight drumming and heavy grooves on the guitar. The production is of a very high standard, far better than you can expect for a demo. All in all, I’d be pretty fucken impressed if I actually liked this kind of music.

"Show Your Face" was formed in the city of Karditsa, Greece in the beginning of 2007 by Achilleas (guitar) and Vis (drums). The band almost immediately went on a hunt for the remmaining members, and so Huge (vocals) and Chris (bass) were welcomed aboard. In June 2007 they recorded their first demo "YOU CAN'T AVOID" at WARCRY studios, which included the very first three songs of the band . Unfortunately, the year 2008 brought inactivity for S.Y.F because three of the four members had to join the army. In the beginning of 2009, "SHOW YOUR FACE" released their five song EP titled "LOST FAITH". The EP was recorded exclusively at their studio and it was self financed. Until now they have done about 40 live shows in Greece and a MINI TOUR in ITALY. They also were on the 2010 final Greek W.O.A metal battle and on Annie Christ's radio show for top10 underground metal bands on Basement Sound Radio (U.S.A). Some of the bands S.Y.F played with, are ROTTING CHRIST , SODOM , SEPTIC FLESH ,TANKARD , NIGHTRAGE, OMEN , LESS THAN HUMAN , INNACTIVE MESSIAH .... . The band is looking for as many gigs as possible in GREECE and abroad to promote their songs. From early July 2009, S.Y.F started working on their full length debut album called "UNLEASH", with the first recordings completed during October, and released a promo cd for the debut album in the end of October 2009. Moreover, they have completed and published their first video clip for the debut album , featuring the song titled "BLESSED". In July 2010 S.Y.F had their album re-mastered by R.D.LIAPAKIS & C.SCHMID AT THE PROPHECY & MUSIC FACTORY STUDIOS / GERMANY, so finally they would start looking for a label to sign in with. Three months later, the band agreed with the Greek Label "Orkestral Promenade Productions" and their full length debut album was released in March 2011.S.Y.F have already started working on their new album, which will be recorded after the "Unleash" Tour.
