Formé en 2001, ShoYuKan développait déjà un son agressif regroupant différents styles musicaux, ceci leur permettant de partager l’affiche avec des groupes comme L’Esprit Du Clan, ETHS ou encore Clone Inc, Freedom For King Kong...
Suite au départ de David au chant en 2005, le groupe ne peut monter sur scène pendant une année mais continue tout de même à composer.
L’arrivée en 2006 de JMA leur permit définitivement de s'épanouir vers des tonalités plus Thrash et Hardcore de part son chant puissant et viscéral. Le groupe est désormais prêt à investir la scène pour lâcher leurs riffs rageurs et incisifs.
