Shy Eon began their activity when Sergio and Federico start to play together. The two wrote several songs and later sought other members to form a band. The first to join in was Gianfranco on the guitar; in 2006, Davide Pascarella on bass and Angelo Lo Russo (a.k.a. Levante, from the hip hop band Quinto Mondo) on keyboard. Since then Shy Eon began to play in concert their post-rock songs. The lineup has changed a few times with Sergio, Federico and Gianfranco remaining from the original incarnation. The most important change came in 2007, when Elviro Rocca on computer and keyboards and Walter Pellecchia (guitar and voice of the indie-rock band Suan) on bass joined the band. Shy Eon composed other songs with the insert of some ambient/electronics parts. Now Elviro and Walter are going to leave the band and Chiara Violi and Dario Spagagna will join it.



Gli Shy Eon cominciarono la loro attività quando Sergio e Federico iniziarono a suonare insieme. I due scrissero vari brani e poi cercarono altri componenti per formare una band. Il primo ad unirsi fu Gianfranco alla chitarra; nel 2006 Davide Pascarella al basso e Angelo Lo Russo (a.k.a. Levante del gruppo hip hop Quinto Mondo) alle tastiere. Da allora gli Shy Eon presero a suonare in concerto i loro brani post-rock. La formazione è cambiata varie volte, e del nucleo originario sono sempre rimasti Sergio, Federico e Gianfranco. Il cambiamento più importante è avvenuto nel 2007, con l'ingresso di Elviro Rocca al computer e alle tastiere, e di Walter Pellecchia (chitarra e voce della band indie-rock Suan) al basso. La band ha scritto altri brani con l'inserto di alcune parti elettroniche-ambient. Ora Elviro e Walter stanno per lasciare il gruppo, al quale si uniranno Chiara Violi e Dario Spagagna.
