Project Siba consists of two brothers, Alexander and Dmitry. The project started in their home town of Novosibirsk, Russia. At first only Alexander started the Siba project, and in the year 2006 his Album Daria came out on the net-label "Electrosound" in Russia. (The label has since closed, but both albums can be found on http://www.hopneck.com). In the year 2007 Dmitry joined the group and in February of 2008 the album Handless Clock was released. Currently Alexander lives in Moscow, and Dmitry lives in the United States. They are now working on their new album.
