I like to create things, be it drawing, sculpting, or photo manipulation by way of photoshop, I just like to see something that I started become something. It's the whole process of starting with an idea, and finishing with a product that you can sit down and say "that shit there, I made it.".
Music
My music taste is eclectic, anything from Brotha Lynch Hung to Nat "King" Cole, it's basically anything that sounds good to me.
Movies
Dope ass movies like Predator 2, Ninja Scroll, and Half Baked. I like all sortsa shit from ultra violent action flicks and horror, to documentaries and comedy flicks.
Television
I mostly watch MMA, like UFC, PRIDE FC, and WEC, but I also dig old school cartoons like G.I. Joe and the Muppet Babies, various cooking shows are also what I tend to watch.
Books
Graphic Novels, such as Lone Wolf & Cub and Matt Wagner's Grendel.
Heroes
I don't have many people in my life that I can consider a "hero", but I will say that one of my biggest inspirations in graphic art and life in general is my brother, I grew up looking over his shoulder as he put shit together in his books, I grew up enjoying all of his pieces that he'd put on the walls all over the Bay and everywhere else his artistic freedom led him. To me he represents the true spirit of an artist, free thinking, strong willed, and dominant in his field. His was a name that denied the notoriety of the moment, but instead demanded the applause of eternity. And yeah you can check out his memorial page @ DreamTDK.com
About me: Devil Siccx is an artistic force, unforgiving, merciless, sharp and cunning, a graphic artist forged with the “3 D’s” Discipline, Desire, and Dedication. Growing up he looked up to his older brother, the world renowned Graffiti King, Mike :”Dream” Francisco (www.dreamtdk.com), whose own artistic style is revered as one of the most potent and original of all time. As a child Siccx witnessed his older brother create masterworks out of the concrete canvas of the streets, but it was more than artistic flare that was taught to Siccx, his brother gave him the tools to survive in the game, the will and determination to strive for eternity. With his older brother’s passing, Siccx was left to learn on his own, he brought with him the tools he was given and soon began forging his own weapons of artistic warfare.
Self taught, motivated and fully prepared to deal with the world of graphic art, Siccx set out to dominate and reign, HellRazor Productions was born out of this, the one man graphic design company, it was Siccx and no one in his corner, a one man team willing to take on the world on his own. But these days HellRazor Productions is a team, Siccx has developed his one man team into a force of like minded individuals, individuals destined for greater things, destined for more than just the mediocre embrace of society’s acceptance, those destined to take what was not given to them, those who answer to a greater calling.
With an artistic style that speaks for him, the harsh gritty tones, and the dark and rough style that would become his trademark and also the reflection of his very person. Siccx’s style is his opinion, his personality, his very outlook on life, the bleak and aggressive nature of his work are a visual representation of the man named Siccx. In his own words.
“My style isn’t what you normally see, it’s not clean and soft, nothing nice about my work, nothing pretty and shiny, it’s aggressive and hard, in my world, survival is not an option, it’s mandatory. There is nothing bright and colorful in my black, white, and gray world, I dig depressing shit, chain link fences, barb wire, cracked concrete, grimy brick walls, you know, that typa shit, industrial and rusty. My style isn’t for everyone though, that’s where my team comes in, we can flip any style you want, dark and underground? Street life? How about showboat and in your face with diamonds, gold n‘ shit? Yeah, we got all that covered...”
Any field of artistic need is Siccx’s domain; he is the answer to a want, the response to a request for visual pairing with an idea, a concept that needs to be made into reality. With a “Beat me if you can, survive if I let you!” mentality towards life, Siccx is an unyielding force, one that will not stop until total domination has been achieved, HellRazor Productions’ artistic General, the answer and response, the Devil with his hands tightly wrapped around the pitchfork and a grin on his face as he oversees the beginning of complete and utter domination over this world.
