The Sick City Daggers are a San Antonio based psychobilly band that was originally named Bloodshot and started locally in the summer of 1998. Although the group has gone through numerous lineup changes, the present lineup consists of Jake Snakeburns(lead vocals guitar) Joey Rumble(drums back.vocals) C.J. (lead guitarist, back vocals) and the one and only Bandit Ben (double bass, vocals). Sick City Daggers are among the few psychobilly bands in South Texas. The group recently finished working on their first full length album, "LIVE FAST...DIE PSYCHO", which is now part of the Hairball8 Records family. The C.D. also includes a bonus CD-ROM video for their second single "Evil Dead". For more videos go to youtube.com. You can also hear their first single, "Through the Darkness" on the Split Seven Records compilation, "Psycho Ward", which is out now. They are also featured on the Wreckin' Bones Records compilation, a Psychobilly label from Spain, called "Psychobilly Wreckage Vol. 1" and are also in the spring issue '07 of the Loud Fast Rules magazine cd sampler. Yeah, I know he's nerdy looking, but he explains it pretty well... (this is pretty much the same plan Abraham Lincoln used, though relative to his time-- current Constitutional Defenders like Ron Paul have cited that it would indeed take 1 to 2 years to get our economy back on track if we end the Federal Reserve-- SO WHY NOT END IT TODAY?)
