About me:
SFM!
hello there, i suppose it's aboot time i update this section. My name is Nick B. as you may have noticed, but i also go by quite the variety of nicknames and variations. most notably: Bee, Sickles, Sick, Bowman, or Crazy Guy. I guess i'm somewhat of an eccentric person, i would just say that i get bored easily. i'm a sarcastic, energetic, kinda lazy, quiet, shy, rude, cruel, mean spirited kinda person, and at least i can admit to it. I really enjoy music, it's the one of the two only constants in my life, the other being change. I listen to a lot of different musical styles, but my favorites are Metal and Punk. I also play quite a few instruments, such as the guitar (any kind), keyboards, harmonica, latin percussion (bongos, cajons, maracas, congas, etc), and whatever else i can get my hands on. I'm self taught in all those instruments too, so it probably won't sound too great. i am currently "employed" to the band Cataclysm's Eve as other guitar guy. I'm also trying to put together a Metal and punk with a bit of ska band. don't ask why, just go with it. yes, i am aware there are a few music videos on my page, i think i did good job keeping it under 10 videos. if i posted every music video i thought brilliant or even slightly entertaining, it may possibly take you 3 days to get done with em. enjoy the videos on here, as they are a few personal favorites. When not doing something musically related, i'm usually doing something movie related (or working). I really enjoy horror and sci-fi. old, new, cult, underground, doesn't matter. I spend a lot of time on the road, usually without destination in mind. A lot of times, i just like to get to the end of a road and from there i decide where and who i'm going to see, depending on whether i go left or right. I drink a lot too, but i don't get insanely drunk everytime i drink. i haven't gotten insanely drunk for about 7 months now, though i have come close. i am an atheist. have been since about age 10, maybe a bit earlier. i have a lot of reasons, but my favorite reason is (as psycho motel puts it), how can I believe what i don't understand? and it's awfully hard for me to understand religion and it's influence on people. i would appreciate if you didn't preach to me. you won't like the result so very much. my atheism doesn't end with religion, actually. i have a hard time (through personal experience) believing in urban legends, killer ghosts, love, the government, and people (for the most part). i'm not gonna go on some crusade to convert everyone to my side, that would make me a hypocrite. it's a personal choice of mine, and as my friends already know, i keep quiet about a lot of my personal choices. if you are wondering, yes, i am lorne bowman's brother, and that's a terrible way to start off a conversation with me. don't bitch to me about something i had no control over, yet you seem to think i did. that's like if i go up to you and start bitching about why i got rejected from the air force, eh? i don't make goals, promises, or exceptions. if i say i'm gonna do something, i'll try my damnedest to do it. there are a lot of people who i don't like...that's about it with that subject. I don't know what i'm doing with my life or what i'm gonna do with it. i don't know where i'm gonna go, if anyone's gonna be there with me, or much of anything else about the future. i prefer to go with the flow. whatever happens happens, and that's all there is to it. till then, bye-e.
