Past, present and future. All becoming somehow blurry when trying to summerize how and when did SideFields really become my route, my religion and purpose. I don't believe in god, I believe in music (or art in general). I don't know how long will this journey last for me, and what have I really gained or lost as a result of it, but I couldn't do things differently.
SideFields came to life as a band in the beginning of 2002, back in Israel where I came from. For five solid years members came and went along the way. We kept on, rehearsing, performing and recording in order to find our sound, and in the beginning of 2006 we realised we have to capture bits of it. That took us into the process of creating and pressing our first E.P. Upon its pressing I moved to London. I felt like playing with the grown ups...
A year after, SideFields E.P is going to be released in Korea, Italy and hopefully some other places as well. Nowadays new materials are being written and recorded. the world is changing fast and I'm trying to keep up and let it show.
The songs in this page all reflect my past, viewed to you in the very present. The future is owned by you. If you like what you hear, let it show as it means a great deal to me.
