About me:
Side
Street Projects is turning 16 years old, so we’re doing something
we haven't done in a (very) long time. We're throwing a real party — our
SweetSixteen — a classy/trashy
affair replete with gourmet trailer park soul food & top-shelf booze,
served up at one of Pasadena’s most awe-inspiring Craftsman estates.

Complementing the aforementioned lunacy will be exclusive silent auction
goodies, world-class cosmic bluegrass, and unexpected art happenings.
World-famous artist Catherine Opie is creating a commemorative
print to mark the occasion — a signed edition, limited to 50 prints,
and offered
exclusively to ticket-holders. Incidentally, Ms. Opie's mid-career
retrospective opens this Fall at the Guggenheim.
You may reserve one Catherine Opie print (sight-unseen) for $500. If any
prints remain, they will be available during & after
the party for $1,000.
