Melodic, haunting and aggressive - female-fronted symphonic metal band S.I.G.M.A. Project ferociously burrows their way into the subconscious of listeners, rendering images of a tragic realm, akin to prolonged conflict and unique introspective images.
S.I.G.M.A. Project, is setting up to release their debut album “In The Shadow”. “In The Shadow” will be available both on CD and as digital download, however CD sales are expected to tower those of the digital download for several reasons. The CD version of “In The Shadow” promises not only an additional epilogue not to be included as a digital download option, but it also features a 10” x 14” fold-out poster insert featuring the artistic mastery of Todd Lockwood.
The legendary Todd Lockwood is a multiple-award winning fantasy/science fiction illustrator. One of the most influential fantasy artists of the last 30 years, he is best known for his artistic work on the popular role-playing game of Dungeons and Dragons, the collectible card game of Magic: The Gathering, as well as covers for numerous magazines and books including that of author R.A. Salvatore.
The forthcoming album is self-produced and recorded, and all instrumentation is performed by the band’s lead members, the husband and wife duo: Mary and Trevor Hamer. “In The Shadow” is a concept album dealing with darkness, salvation, pride and hope, and promises contrasting textures and juxtaposed genre-bending stylings.
Presale of the album is now available, boasting the incentive of a free S.I.G.M.A. Project dog tag and signed cover-art with pre-release purchase.

The Unseen” Death means many things to different people. To some death means tragedy of the loved one they have lost. To another death means a taste of revenge. To some death means suicide a way out of what life has to offer, to others death is just suffering in illness accepting death. There are so many who see death in how they live hoping that it will happen living recklessly wanting it more then the breathe that sustains them. To some death means divorce when the purpose of going on alone is not worth living and only dying every day can resolve the separation. To the homeless death means being trapped to the elements of the world, some comfortable where they are others in desperation fighting to be freed. Some are dead by there addictions, some by unforgiveness, depression or by the root of all evil the love of money, power, and fame. To the old death is refusing they are old, to the strong death means they cannot fall, to the proud they will not be humble, to the liar they refuse the truth, to the hard hearted they will never surrender. However as Christian’s death is just as much a part of life as dying.Every day we hope to be closer to death That we are less like we was the day before, our will dying and the life of Jesus shining through us as we share in His death. Asking ourselves what can I do different Lord, I want to learn as we open the Bible we are very clear in our position in Him and what we ourselves must do constantly called by the Holy Spirit our minds, bodies and souls praying to be transformed into His vessels. As we meditate on His passion, we ponder Lord I am broken, I submit willfully in submission shape me and mold me, I want to suffer and die to self daily. Every second, of every minute, of every day
Hi Mary, How were your holidays? We welcomed our 3rd grand baby girl into the world in late August, and have been so busy with moving not only once, but twice. We left Orange County last January, and had to leave when something not right, was going on with the owner. But,not to worry, things look down sometimes, but never stay that way.Thank God. I've been busy doing the mama, grandma, and wifey thing, trying to keep the internet connection from failing constantly, and developing my own style with blogging. Lots going on. Pray my connection stays up long enough to finish things here. I noticed our die-hard friends never leave, and I stop by a few of their pages every month or so,to thank them, send comments, wishes.Things like that so they know no one has forgotten about them. Well, I still have a few things to do here,so I will be here for a little while longer. Good luck with the system and website. Can be complicated I know, but you will work your magic and things will be great soon. Have a great night,Cindy
