Signals From Satellites is a power trio from Tampa, Fl that weaves dissonant guitar chords, melodic bass
lines and dynamic drum beats together to form a tapestry of distorted noise and peaceful bliss.
The band was formed in April ʼ08 by guitarist/vocalist Rodney Smith and bassist, Ric Tutlo. Phil Harrington replaced their former drummer in November of that same year and they have been playing shows in the Tampa and St. Petersburg area ever since. Signals From Satellites recorded a 7-song demo
this summer, “Dotted Lines E.P.”, which will officially be released as a download and CD in October, ʼ09.
