I'm still learning and growing and re-searching from the best Instructors in the Business. I have recieved most of my skills and knowledge from the late Sifu Larry Hartsell ~REST IN PEACE 1942-2007~ I'm also a student under Guru Danny Inosanto from the Inosanto Academy based in La, CA .I study Maphilindo Pencak Silat and Pangumut under Dan Inosanto.
I personally teach Private and Semi-Private Boxing & Martial Arts lessons to Men , Women and Children above the ages of 8 years old.I have Specialized Law Enforcement training available to Correctional Officers, Police officers and Sheriff department agencys in Sacramento and Davis. I'm a Licensed ABF Boxing Instructor in the Sacramento/ Grass Valley area under T-5 Boxing and the Sacramento Boxing Club, founded by my father, Rocci H. Twitchell. We teach Mixed Martial Arts and 100% Boxing at our schools located in Sacramento, California and Grass Valley, California.
I provide a Mentoring program through my Boxing/ Martial arts school for local High school students.I conduct Seminars and staff meetings at high schools and Martial Arts Academy's on the importance of Leadership,staying healthy, maintaining a physically fit body and mind the avoidance of drugs and gangs. I provide a way for youth to stay active through Boxing/ Martial Arts rather than spending time in gangs or fighting at school.I also conduct Seminars and public demonstrations on boxing/ Martial Arts at other martial arts academys and to the public.
My favorite Martial Art to teach and practice is PENCAK SILAT.I have been a regular Performer of Pencak Silat at Indonesian Day in San Fransisco and the Pacific Rim Festival in Old Sacramento. I'm also the founder of the I.M.A.S ( Indonesian Martial Arts Society) and President of Liahona Warrior Arts. Where my main objective is to build South East Asian Martial Arts and Culture in the USA and Northern California.I also study Maphilindo Pencak Silat under my Grandfather Danny Inosanto.I'm his Grandson in this art.I belive by studying and teaching Pencak Silat,I can be a part of uniting the Indonesian Community,the Maylaysian community, the Fillipino Community,the Hmong Community, Burmese and the Vietmanese Community together with Martial Arts practice/study and promoting Cultural awarness of all these groups and there important role in our Society. I also represent VOVINAM Viet Vo Dao International and the Mande Muda Pencak Silat Association.I also belong to the Association of Pencak Silat America. A.O.S.P.A
