Die Rolling Sounds Crew zaubert mit Kabuki keinen Geringeren als Deutschlands berühmtesten Drum & Bass-Künstler aus dem Hut. Als einer der dienstältesten Acts des Genres hierzulande zeichnete er gemeinsam mit seinem Partner Mainframe nicht nur für das erste deutsche Drum & Bass-Album verantwortlich, zusammen produzierte man auch den Monstertune „Beneath The Mask“, der dank der prägnanten Samples aus dem Anime-Film „Ghost In The Shell“ schnell zum Klassiker avancierte. Unlängst veröffentlichte Kabuki übrigens sein zweites Soloalbum, „Warrior Soul“, das bei dem legendären Londoner Label V Recordings erschien und auf dem Kabuki mit Musikern wie Tikiman, Jenna G und Jeru The Damaja kollaborierte.
