Silent Void begins to play in March 2005.
At the beginning the band is composed by three people: Matteo Baggi (guitar), Carlo Ferro (bass) and Stefano Cavalli (drum).
In January 2006 the band recieved strenght playng in several pubs and locals around Bergamo, they started to give themselves a guideline to present a definitive group and ideas.
Marco Aquila (voice) begins to sing with them after several castings and the band is complete.
In February arrive the unsuspected news that UK DIVISION
RECORDS in cooperation with ALKEMIST FANATIX EUROPE has
decided to support this brand new band and to produce their first album.
The major influences come from Deftones, Slipknot, Nirvana, Foo Fighters. All the songs are masterpieces and
are based on a strong rythmic session, the guitar is rough
and the lyrics (in english) are sing by a clear voice that can become strong and rough. The band could be associated
with the huge rock-alternative ambient of the '90s. The
album come from a particular study and presents a great variety of personal influences by the components,
that have put toghether in a wise way an album that present itself the best way possible...
I Silent Void iniziano a suonare insieme nel marzo del 2005. Inizialmente i componenti sono tre: Matteo Baggi (Chitarra), Carlo Ferro (basso) e Stevano Cavalli (batteria). Nel Gennaio 2006 ormai forti di un background che li porta a suonare in molti locali della provincia di Bergamo comninciano a definre le linee di quella che sarà la formazione definitiva sia musicalmente che come gruppo. E' qui entra in scena Marco Aquila che dopo vari provini viene scelto come voce per il gruppo.
Il mese successico arriva, non senza sorprese, la notizia che la UK DIVISION RECORDS in collaborazione con l' ALKEMIST FANATIX EUROPE MANAGMENT hanno deciso di puntare su di loro producendo e promuovendo il loro primo album.
Le influenze principali si rifanno a gruppi come Deftones, Slipknot, Nirvana, Foo Fighters. Il gruppo suona solo pezzi originali, che si basano su una sessione ritmica molto studiata, la chitarra è ruvida e penetrante, i testi (in inglese) sono cantati da una voce chiara, molto distinta che sa imporsi sulla melodia. Il genere è riconducibile al panorama rock-alternativo degli anni '90 anche se l'album è frutto di uno studio particolare e presenta molte influenze personali da parte dei componenti che hanno saputo mescolare e integrare le proprie conoscenze e preferenze in un album che si presenta al meglio...

The location is very significant being in the historical part of Milan with its typical architecture and charm, it will be a night in which all the positive energy will be released in a city which is often closed to young people and there expressive necessities. The colors of the night and the appropriation of the city center by the youth culture will push aside the greyness and the disturbing chaos that are king during the day.
