· Biography
After the broke of MURO, his singer Silver decides to form a new band at the end of 2002 with the name SILVER FIST along with the ex-drummer of MURO Iván Manzano with the clear idea to practice pure and direct Heavy Metal.
Soon they begin to compose and to play emphasizing the concerts in the Aqualung club of Madrid opening like guests of Saratoga the day of the recording of its live DVD, with Mötorhead and in the Viñarock festival (2003 and 2005).
They join the spanish label AVISPA and in October of 2003 record their very first album “Ave Fénix” in the M-20 studios, released on April of 2004, and that includes 1 CD with 11 own songs and a second CD with 6 versions of classic bands of the Heavy Metal like Black Sabbath, Savatage or Slayer.
Shortly after Diego Lopez (guitar) and Jose M. Perez (bass) join the band.
In September of 2004 they record the subject “Killer of Giants” for the album tribute to Ozzy Osbourne “Tribute to Madman” devised and produced by Jorge Escobedo (SÔBER, SKIZOO), idea that took to the band to participate in the festival ViñaRock 2005 under the name of “THE MAD ONES” with other musicians who participated in this tribute album (Antonio Bernardini and Jorge Escobedo (SÔBER, SKIZOO) on the guitars, Oscar Sancho (LUJURIA) voice, Enrik Garcia guitar and Alfred Romero voice (DARK MOOR) and David Martinez, keyboards.
During the year 2005 they begin to compose great part of which will be the second album of Silver Fist and playing in several Spanish festivals as the baptism of ROCKZINANTE EXCALIBUR METAL FESTIVAL that took place in Alcala de Henares (Madrid) togheter with Saratoga, Baron Rojo and Medina Azahara.
The 2006 being a great year for the band, accompany in January Saratoga in Madrid in the presentation by its last album and in April presenting “AVE FENIX” live, also in Madrid, and with great participation of its followers, later to stay in Germany on the 6th edition of the festival KEEP IT TRUE where they share stage with bands like EXCITER, PARADOX, ROSS THE BOSS, GRIM REAPER, RIOT… very being valued between the public who 2 times a year meets for this festival, which also served so that at the end of June they return to german lands to another metal event, THRASH TILL DEATH near Hannover.
Festivals like ViñaRock 2006, Leyendas del Rock Festival, Kastañorock, Carabañarock in Madrid, Maizrock in Leon and several more counted with the presence of Silver Fist this year by great part of the country, as well as in clubs of cities like Valladolid, Sevilla, Dos Hermanas, Guadalajara, Avila etc.
And already finally, after several delays, the band began the recording of its second album, that will be called “Lágrimas de Sangre”, during the months of June and July, that will be released during the final part of this year 2006.
At this moment it is when Nacho Ruiz leaves the band and Pablo Fernandez replaces him, and his first gig with the band is Leyendas del Rock in Mazarrón (Spain) in august.
The 6th of November 2006 “Lágrimas de Sangre” was released, pre-produced by Big Simon (Saratoga, Terroristars, Dark Moor), produced and recorded in the M-20 studios of Madrid with David Martinez and Hadrien Fregnac, mixed by Fredrik Nordström and Hendrik Udd in the Fredman Studios (Sweden) and finally mastered by David Martinez. The cover was in charge of Jowita Kaminska (Exodus, Attacker).
The album receives superb reviews by all specialized press in Spain (Metal Hammer, RockHard, etc), is album of the month in Metalzone.biz and Mariskalrock.com and cover of the HeavyRock magazine of December 2006.
In the beginning of 2007 they released “Tears of Blood”, the English version of their last album “Lagrimas de Sangre”. This was distributed in Europe via Soulfood Music.
At this moment, Filtheau joined the band, so Silver Fist now has keyboards.
During 2007 tour they played in a great amount of gigs in Spain and festivals within the country as Extremusika or Leyendas del Rock Festival or outside like the Headbangers Open Air and Swordbrothers festival, both in Germany.
2008 began with a minitour with Tankard and played in another international festival called Up The Hammers in Greece and again in several Spanish festivals as Martohell Oktoberfest in Barcelona with bands as Artillery or Necrodeath.
During the summer the band spend their time preparing their 2008 demo and other songs for a possible future album. They just leaved their label Avispa and now doing their best trying to find a new one.

Tras la separación de MURO, su cantante Silver decide formar una nueva banda a finales del 2002 con el nombre de SILVER FIST junto con su excompañero y batería Iván Manzano con la clara idea de practicar un Heavy Metal puro y directo.
Pronto empiezan a componer y a tocar destacando los conciertos en la sala Aqualung de Madrid abriendo como invitados de Saratoga el día de la grabación de su DVD en directo, con Mötorhead y en el festival Viñarock (2003 y 2005).
Fichan por la compañía Avispa y en octubre del 2003 entran a grabar su primer disco "Ave Fénix" en los estudios M-20, saliendo a la venta en abril del 2004, y que consta de 1 CD con 11 temas propios y un 2º CD con 6 versiones de bandas clásicas del Heavy Metal.
Poco despues Diego López (guitarra) y José M. Pérez (bajo) entran a formar parte de la banda

Durante este año 2005 empiezan a componer gran parte de lo que será el segundo album de Silver Fist y actuando en vivo en varios festivales españoles como el bautizo del ROCKZINANTE EXCALIBUR METAL FESTIVAL que se realiza en Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) junto a Saratoga, Baron Rojo y Medina Azahara.
El 2006 fue un gran año para la banda, empezando por acompañar en enero a Saratoga en Madrid en la presentación de su último álbum y en abril presentando por fin "AVE FENIX" en concierto, tambien en Madrid, y con gran participación de sus seguidores, para despues marcharse a Alemania a la 6ª edición del festival KEEP IT TRUE donde comparten cartel con bandas del calibre de EXCITER, PARADOX, ROSS THE BOSS, GRIM REAPER, RIOT... siendo muy valorados entre el público que 2 veces al año se reunen para este festival, el cual tambien sirvió para que a finales de Junio vuelvan a tierras teutonas a otro evento metalero, el THRASH TILL DEATH en las cercanías de Hannover.
Festivales como el Viña Rock 2006, el Leyendas del Rock de Mazarron, el Kastañorock en Ávila, el de Carabaña en Madrid, el Maiz en León y varios más han contado con la presencia de Silver Fist este año por gran parte del país, así como tambien en salas de ciudades como Valladolid, Sevilla, Dos Hermanas, Guadalajara, Avila etc.
Y ya por fin, después de varios aplazamientos, la banda se embarca en la grabación de su segundo trabajo, que se llamará "Lágrimas de Sangre", durante los meses de junio y julio, que saldría a la luz durante la parte final del año 2006.
En este momento es cuando Nacho Ruiz sale de la banda y le sustituye Pablo Fernández cuya primera actuación con la banda en en agosto en el Festival Leyendas del Rock de Mazarrón.
El 6 de Noviembre de 2006 sale a la venta “Lágrimas de Sangre” pre-producido por Big Simon (Saratoga, Terroristars, Dark Moor), producido y grabado en los estudios M-20 de Madrid con David Martinez y Hadrien Fregnac, mezclado por Fredrik Nordström y Hendrik Udd en los Fredman Studios (Suecia) y finalmente pasterizado por David Martinez. la portada estuvo a cargo de Jowita Kaminska (Exodus, Attacker).
El album recibe criticas inmejorables por parte de todos medios especializados en España (Metal Hammer, RockHard, etc) es disco del mes en Metalzone.biz y Mariscalrock.com y portada de la revista HeavyRock de Diciembre de 2006.
La banda se encuentra ahora mismo en su gira 2007 con gran cantidad de fechas por toda España y festivales dentro del pais como Extremusika o Leyendas del Rock Festival o fuera como el Metal Thunder Fest en Puerto Rico y el Headbangers Open Air en Alemania.
Tambien estan finalizando la grabacion de “Lágrimas de Sangre” en ingles que llevara por titulo “Tears of Blood” y sera distribuido en Europa, Japon y muchos mas paises. Y por fin "Tears of Blood" esta en la calle y es distribuido por Soulfood Music.

Hey man(s) so I have never heard of you guys at all. There isnt a lot of big Spanish metal bands known out here. But I would like to tell you, that I like what you are putting infront of me and others. Your sound is sound is still calm yet pungent. I like it, yes!
