Silverhands is a project by singer/songwriter Mike McDermott. After releasing the self-titled Silverhands debut album in 2008, new music is being made and recorded in eastern Iowa in the sumer of 2009. The second Silverhands record is a work in progress with contributions from many of the players associated with the first album, plus an undetermined few more. Mike is shaking off the city and putting together a record that sounds like where it is from.
