How’s it going! Do you dread working out at the gym like I do? The only thing that seems to help me stay on that treadmill is some great music on my ipod that I can workout to. At least it helps the time go by faster, otherwise it feels like a torture session rather than a workout session lol. And speaking of dance music : )…. if you’re looking for some new music to enjoy on your ipod, then I’m just stopping by to remind you I’ve got a new dance-pop/electronica CD out called ‘Dance With Me’ !! ; ) You can buy it at www. cdbaby. com/cd/raine and/or download the mp3 files via itunes. The CD was recently selected for airplay on the fitness television show ‘The Art of Building Bodies’ on E! Entertainment and Men TV. And by the way, if you don’t workout and your exercise of choice is exercising your index finger by clicking your mouse as you cruise the internet, then I hope you will click on the link to my CD above lol.
