New Band ' Silver Machine' released some 'demo' songs on the internet last week, which has turned the fickle world of Rock'n'Roll on it's head. An unnamed source close to the band, widely believed to be maverick band manager, Troy Barrott ( La Rocca, Dappled Cities Fly) has confirmed that they have indeed turned it into some sort of hat.
David McCormack (ex Custard & The Titanics) and mercurial musician/actor Peter Fenton (ex Crow ) have joined forces in what is generally agreed is the first known rock merger. No-one from their respective offices are talking but, after highly acclaimed solo careers it seems they have mutually decided that, the merge having taken place, that they would be entitled to two backstage riders wherever and whenever they perform.
