• After much discussion we have decided
to change our name. Our sound and direction
has evolved as well as our lineup. With our
current drummer/multi-instrumentalist,
David Hurley on board and the departure
of our friend and original drummer Iain
Andrew Sclater, it was a unanimous decision.
We'd like to thank our fans for all of your
support over the years but we'd like you to
know that this is not the end. This is the beginning.
We are no longer Silver Sunshine. We are new.
We are ASTRA.
just got your EP in the mail yesterday, its awesome as usual! You guys should put up some other songs like "velvet Skies" or "Trinkets" even though you arent Silver Sunshine anymore. Oh! and come to the bay area sometime!
