I like to make new friends. (I also like to eat too much.) The skinny picture of me with the Unicorn/Goat is VERY, VERY OLD!!! Look at my other pictures to see what I look like now! I am not here for "cyber" or to find people to have sex with. (Yes, I like sex, but that's NOT what I'm here for! ) Now that we are past that... I enjoy working at The Renaissance Faire and Dickens Christmas Fair. (I love hanging out with people who like to wear costumes. Especially guys who are comfortable wearing tights or "skirts" and are straight. Nothing against gay & lesbian folk. I have them as friends. I, myself, am straight. ) I am also involved in the SCA, and in Belly Dance. (The Belly Dance picture is VERY OLD also! ) I like camping (-in costume or at costume events-), archery, horseback riding. I like doing various crafty things. I can also do some basic calligraphy. I love the Native American Indian culture. (I LOVE men with LONG black hair!!! ) I drive a Volkswagen Rabbit Pick-up Truck. My favorite vehicles are VWs. I have a Black Lab. mix dog. My favorite dogs are Black Labrador mixes and Tibetan Spaniels. (Yes, anyone who might want a date, MUST LOVE DOGS! ) I do NOT Smoke!!! I rarely drink. Usually if I have an alcoholic drink, it is more of a desert. I prefer sweet wet drinks. (Singapore Sling, Irish Creme, etc. ) I love to sing. I love movies and entertainment, and movie and entertainment trivia. I love words and wordplay. I like to play Trivial Pursuit (-the entertainment version-) and Taboo (the word game). I also like to bowl and play pool. I like to swim in the river in the mountains of Mendocino. I have ADD. (Can you tell, by my scattered thoughts? ) I hated school. Well, except for Music/Chorus, Drama and English. Oh, and I'm a night owl. (Sometimes I think I am becoming a vampire... ;P ) I like to read fantasy novels, especially anthologies. (They work best for my short attention span. ) I also very much enjoy reading about Native American Indian legends/mythology/stories. I was in the Girl Scouts for many, many years. And I still try to always "be prepared". I am single, never married, and all of my children have been four-legged and furry. And I tend to be a bit of a pack-rat. I also tend to be a bit of a 'flower child'. (No, I'm NOT a "dead-head". ) I'm a Lutheran and part time Presbyterian. And Unicorn Party. (Which you've probably never heard of, but that's okay. ) I'm also a Democrat. (Bush cheated!!! ) Most importantly, I'm a Unicorn Fanatic!!! Ummm. I can't think of anything else at the moment, but I may add more later. (Or change some, even... :P ) Feeling kind of sleepy right now, so this probably wasn't the best time to do this in the first place. Oh, well.
Who I'd like to meet: People for friendship. (NO "CYBER"!!! If I make friends with someone, and it developes into something more as time goes on, then so be it. I like to meet people with my same interests. Things like dressing in costumes, camping, loving dogs (-not *that* way, you perv... ), going to celtic or folk music concerts, etc. (I'm not really into ballet or opera, but I do love a good Musical. :D ) I like people with a sense of humor! (I love watching stand-up comics. )
I'd really love to meet Peter Falk and Martin Sheen. Don't expect to, but it would be really cool!
Romance-wise, I prefer my men to have LONG hair on their heads, and be between the age of 38-49. Younger perhaps, but NOT OLDER! (Yes, I *am* picky. ) Having a British or Celtic accent would be a super plus, but is not a requirement. (I am NOT into bald older men. Blechh!!! ) Children? (His, that is. I don't have any. ) Erm, maybe, but I much prefer having dogs. And HE MUST BE WILLING TO WEAR COSTUMES. I'm not about to give up Ren. Faire, Dickens Fair, etc. (Oh, and NO fur on the chest if at all possible. Can't stand much body hair. )
