Hi there, Simon Wegener at ur service. I am a drummer and have just moved to the Gold Coast from adelaide and hope to become a full time professional musician. I have been playing drums for 10 years and have played for many Country Music bands and several Rock bands, although modern, contemporary and American Country music is my passion. So if you are ever looking for a young drummer to play or tour with, don't be shy..drop me a line. I am very keen to hit the road and meet and play with as many people as i can in the music industry. Qualifications:
-Graduated from the CMAA College of Country Music in Tamworth in Jan 2007.
-The College is TAFE accredited and covers professional development in areas such as Songwriting, Music Theory, Recording, Business Management and Performance.
-Studied SACE stage 2 music while in year 11 and year 12. (03’ and 04’)
Experience:
-Playing in country and rock bands for 10years, since aged 10.
-Writing songs,
-Worked with sound engineers in the studio.
Teaching:-I am currently teaching drums and percussion.
-Have taught from age 17, up to 33 students a week.
