Sounds Like
A carnival of white noise located on a construction site.
Raised by wolves somewhere in around the Torngat mountains of Labrador, little is known about Simon Angell, or as he's known to his wolf family, Fireneck. Somewhere along the lines, after integrating himself into "regular society" (whatever the hell that means), a guitar and some balloons were found, and the rest is, as they say, history.
