I first picked up a guitar at the tender age of 11 on Christmas day after months of nagging my dear old mum. Luckily my old mate Craig had been doing his bit and got his drums at the same time….we were off! We played in bands together all through our teens until at 20 we signed to RAK Publishing with the mighty producer Mickie Most. Mickie had worked with so many great people (Jeff Beck, Rod Stewart, The Animals) and always treated me with the same hard, no messing attitude he was famous for. It was great, I spent 4 years under his guidance writing & recording at RAK studios, I learnt everything from him and miss him very much. After a move to London I found myself working with great musicians and artists including Jon Allen, Thea Gilmore, , Anna Krantz, Tina Arena, Jamelia, The Mercurymen, Jason Donovan, Henry Priestman, ..
3 more days mate!!! It's nearly time to hang up that strat and tele of yours, go get some flatwounds on your hofner, and play every gig sitting down :)
