About me: Its been awhile since I filled one of these out. Who I am is formed with each minute I get older. I travel the country inspiring educators to implement sports programs as a tool to teach kids character and combat rising statistics that show a young generation that is dying. I also speak to kids from first grade to college ages about the importance of making the right choices in life.
Although my career path is very rewarding, it can be quite cumbersome at times. In my free time, I enjoy boating and fishing. I also like to engage friends in thought provoking dialogue which further educates one another on the importance of knowing and understanding the world in which we live in.
I have recently relocated back to Florida after spending the last 8 years living in TN, IL, VA, GA. While sweating out this mortgage crisis and working through economic hardships, I have found myself again doing what I love, coaching football and basketball. I returned to my old high school and am coaching varsity football there. Life seems to move a little slower down here and being able to be close to family and old friends again has brought on new desires and challenges in my life that I welcome.
Who I'd like to meet: OUR GREATEST FEAR IS NOT THAT WE ARE INADEQUATE, BUT THAT WE ARE POWERFUL BEYOND MEASURE. IT IS OUR LIGHT, NOT OUR DARKNESS, THAT FRIGHTENS US.
