   About Simon T. Munro
Simon T. Munro released his debut EP 'And Our Afflictions Shall Be Eased' on 16th December 2007.

Since the release, the EP has received positive reviews in the press, with 'The List' magazine describing it as "a fine piece of songwriting" and 'Is This Music?' magazine appreciating the "throaty tones" that the EP and his live performances are becoming well known for.

Since the release, Simon has been performing songs from the EP live at gigs in Glasgow and Edinburgh, as well as songs from his forthcoming debut album 'Stories From The Storm'. Simon is currently writing and recording the album which is scheduled for release in 2009.

Simon was born and raised in Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland, and lives in Glasgow, Scotland.

its only a small day time set im doin (bout 30mins) but its a wee small test of how the music will sound loud and how it will be accepted.

Thank you, it is going great so far. I have played a couple of gigs and they have gone well i think. I am still finding my feet a little but have been working on lots of new material so will have lots to do in the studio when i start recording soon! It's an incredible city...

fook i didn even check to see wat was on uptairs lad.. soz about that! Glasgowbury was mental craic and ive been flat out ever since wey feile organising etc....its been all go.
just thinkin monday nite open mic nite prob wud have been the ideal settin for ya @ Masons as it does get a bit messy @ wkends..lol
