About me:

Hi, I'm Simon Willson.

Born in the UK, I'm a long time Hong Kong resident and fluent Cantonese speaker. I have been a vegetarian since 1994.

First job out of school was in the news room at Commercial Radio Hong Kong (then 1040 now 864AM) editing (open-reel) ums and aahs out of interviews and news reading.

My first Pro (paid) gig as a DJ was in Club 97 Lan Kwai Fong in spring of 1983.

I was the first foreign DJ to take up a residency in China - Nicoles' Disco - Shanghai 1985!

I've played clubs and parties around Asia and China for decades!

1989 saw my first Radio Gig - "Night Music" on RTHK Radio 3, Hong Kong's premier English Language Radio Service, where I currently host the following shows.

STOP Same Sex Abuse	Dec 3 2009 5:16 PM Happy Birthday. :) About this page: I have been very active in Domestic Violence causes all of my adult life. I noticed a need in the world pertaining to Same Sex Domestic Violence. It happens more than people know. Unfortunately there are a number of gay people who barely consider themselves worthy or valued as a gay person much less a Domestic Violence Victim. There are also very limited resources, statistics, or information, for Same Sex Domestic Violence. Hopefully through empowerment and education we can change some of this. :D ~ Dee ~
