About me:
Ok, before I start anything I have to say...I have to say that I am undercover and I am not to appear anywhere, ok? It's between you and me.
I'm a person who has a strong enjoyment or liking to a few specified things. By the dictionary's definition, that'd make me a lover...and I am. Two of the things that I love would be music and writing things, whether they're fiction or non. If you see italicized words or phrases here, they're from some of my favorite songs, so take note: I did not write them.
The things I do write (or have written) are in various stages of publication so they're unfortunately not yet able to be discussed. They are coming, trust me. You can trust me, right? Some will be self-published and others will eventually come out via some familiar companies when all is said and done and they're finished. Making comics, at least when you're not remotely famous, isn't a quick process. Live and learn.
Deep in the bosom of the gentle night is when I search for the light, pick up my pen and start to write. I struggle, fight dark forces in the clear moon light without fear... insomnia. I can't get no sleep.
Another thing that I love is travelling. I dream of being an Indiana Jones or perhaps a Hiram Bingham III or maybe even a Samantha Brown. Okay, not really on that last one, but you get the point if you know who those folks are. Until I can become someone else of either fact or fiction I'll have to travel at my own pace to my own locations. Las Vegas as caught hold of me and has taken up the bulk of recent travels, though I've been to places like Toronto, Cancun and mostly inside the USA spots such as Baltimore, New York, Daytona Beach, etc. Getting out of the house and on the road is one of my favorite things, which is partially a reason that I do not drive. Nope. I'm an adult without a driver's license. We'll say that it keeps me grounded, so to speak.
And I find it kinda funny, I find it kinda sad. The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had.
Back in the day I had a job on the peripheral of the adult video industry. Before that, I worked at what was a then prominent movie theater. Oddly enough, both jobs occasionally entailed me being in the direct proximity of what some of the populace would call "famous people." I say it in that manner because frankly, Paula Abdul, Ice T, Christy Canyon or Jason Priestly aren't all that famous to some people. Yeah, I get a kick out of meeting the people on the TV or small/big screen...rarely star-struck (which aided me in meeting many of said celebs), I've found myself in a good bit of situations with people who, well...I just shouldn't be having interesting situations with. Were I really the self-centered egotistical dick that that a partiality of my reputation has lent to me, people wouldn't want to be around me. Interestingly, this isn't the case.
Be it on the road or at bars/eateries or at various conventions across the country, people seem to remember me. More often than not it is a positive thing that'll lead to much chatting and drinks and food and fun. I'm personable, that much I'll admit to. Ask a hundred people of me and you're likely to hear a hundred different things. But there is only one way you'll ever really know who I am, right?
When the world's gone crazy and it makes no sense, there's only one voice that comes to your defence. The jury's out and your eyes search the room and one friendly face is all you need to see...If there's one guy, just one guy who'd lay down his life for you and die...It's hard to say it. I hate to say it, but it's probably me.
Bits of me, in brief description:
--Born on April 3rd.
--One day I'd like to be married.
--While I don't play board/bored games, I'll always believe that it was Professor Plum in the study with the candlestick
--I'm a knowledge buff with specific interests in art, ancient history, secret/seedy organizations, cryptozoology, yadda yadda.
--Three Olives or Van Gogh are my vodkas of choice; drank only with tonic water.
--once had a gal offer to give me head only after taking her to dinner at a posh eatery. (needless to say that relation didn't last long)
--A phone is in my possession only so that people can call me. I never use it and hate speaking on it.
--There is a credit card in my wallet of which I've charged junk on since 1991.
--Art is something I'm always too ready to purchase. Original art, not something out of Ikea or Target.
--my favorite sports teams would be: Pittsburgh Penguins, Philadelphia Phillies, New England Patriots. I currently don't care about the NBA and that saddens me.
--I love lotsa films by Directors like Doug Limon, Danny Boyle, Luc Besson, Jim Cameron, Guillermo Del Toro and Martin Scorsese
--Cartoons rule my world from Tex Avery to Walt Disney through Warner Bros and Miyazaki...even "newer" fare like Aqua Teen Hunger Force or Home Movies.
--Allie Sin is my favorite pornstar, though it seems she has unfortunately retired.
--My cat Moto doesn't like to drink cat milk.
--I love books, specifically first editions. Currently I'm trying to finish up my Vampire Chronicles collection.
Things on this page are in a constant state of flux. Come back for odd imagery or to read my blogs or just say "hi." Subscribing to my blog will make me very happy. Drop me a line and I'll drop you one back...unless you're a weirdo.
