SINCE THE DAY is located in the area around Siegen/Germany. In winter 2001, the band signed to Bastardized Recordings to record three songs that later
appeared on the „Things you barely know“ split MCD with Iceland’s very own SNAFU.
After playing countless shows all over Germany, the band teamed up with A CASE OF GRENADA to hit the road and toured all over Europe in fall 2003. In January
2004, their singer was forced to call it quits due to some serious health problems and the former singer of germany’s premier metal mosh machine ABSIDIA
joined the band.
Together they recorded their first full length entitled „El mensajero no es importante“ [The messenger is not important] July and August 2004 in the famous
Kohlekeller Studios (Crematory, Agathodaimon). Musically SINCE THE DAY contains influences from black/death metal to modern hardcore without being afraid
to use melodies and driving emotional moments to emphasize their critical look on today’s society.
They got a lot of attention for their uncommon live appearance, used as an outlet of emotions and anger by all members. Make sure you catch them live!

HEY ihr, was geht, naja ich hab euch mal vor langer Zeit im Z-Bau in Nürnberg gesehen hab ein album von euch und nen t-shirt, nur ich finde die neuen lieder sind echt voll low, also sie sind gut aber, das was ihr früher gemacht habt war geiler und schneller!
hey ihr! wollt ihr adrenaline un uncolored nicht mal zum download freigeben? ich finde die lieder so toll aber ich will nich den ganzen tag vorm pc sitzen um sie mir anzuhören:P ...ein ganz großes BITTE:)
