Sinderblok covers the hard rock and heavy metal hits of the 70's and early 80's in a unique style that is all their own. Each member of the band is a unique stylist and as a band Sinderblok doesn't merely copy songs from other artists but makes the songs their own while still leaving them totally recognizable to the bands loyal following known as the "Blokheads". The individual band members have played in some of the Philadelphia areas most popular bands including Witchunt, Bratz, Tongue N Groove and VooDoo 4 Dummies. This band is a "must see" for fans of classic hard rock and heavy metal.

Individual Member Bios:

George Sweigart: George is a powerhouse vocalist with a amazing range and a style all his own. He has perfomed in VooDoo 4 Dummies and The Spread to name a few. George has an incredible sense of humor and a riveting stage presence that never fails to capture an audience.

Darrin Bruce: Darrin was the lead guitarist and primary songwriter behind Philly area favorites Sovereign and Bratz including the Sovereign regional record release of "Prime Time" b/w "Maiden Voyage" which sold several thousand copies in the tri-state area. In the late 80's Darrin decided to give up playing in bands to focus on honing his songwriting skills and to concentrate on his career as a lighting designer that included national, international and regional tours and individual performances with such esteemed artists as: A Flock of Seagulls, Ace Frehley, Joan Jett, Paul Anka, Al Green, The Temptations and many others. After retiring from full-time touring to raise a family he decided to return to live performance with the classic rock band Revenger. Darrin's squeeze every bit of value out of every note lead playing, colorful rhythm playing and fluid slide work are unique to players in this genre and help to shape the bands unique sound.

Tommy Kozuch: Tommy was the backbeat behind the Delco metal juggernaut Witchunt and was instrumental in not only the bands dynamic sound but also in crafting many of the bands memorable compositions. Witchunt was one of the most popular bands to ever come out of Delco and performed throughout the tri-state area for eight years and still are widely respected in Delco music circles. Tommy was also a member of Bratz and helped to refine the bands electric performance style at such venues as the Red Garter, the Empire Rock Club and the Galaxy to name a few. Tommy was also part of Media area club favorites Liberty Sound and Revenger. His unique rock solid drumming and solid backing vocals are the backbone of Sinderblok and make this a special band from the ground up.

Chris Carmichael: Chris has a monster guitar tone that most notably shaped the overall sound of the powerhouse Witchunt assault and is a talented songwriter in his own right. Chris has also performed in Bratz, and was the founding member and band leader and principal songwriter of the popular Shredz and the lead guitarist of Believer. he has a rock solid style of playing rhythm guitar that can only be described as a bludgeoning assault on the senses and his powerful dynamic lead work incorporates all of the flash and finesse of the best metal has to offer coupled with his "play for the song" sensibilities that make him perfect man for Sinderblok.

Dave Camp: Dave brings his thundering buzzsaw bass style to Sinderblok after honing his chops in the very popular band VooDoo 4 Dummies. Dave was also a member of local punk legends Early Grayce and is still a die hard punk and metal fan. Dave is the most mysterious member of the band and prefers to hang back in the pocket and let the drama unfold around him while laying down the solid thumping bass lines that he is known and respected for.
