Let me start by saying that SinHole is NOT a "band" in the traditional sense of the word. SinHole was born in 1995, when two drunk idiots with minimal musical talent and basic technical knowledge decided to fuck around in a home studio. We never intended for this thing to blow up like it has! How did we become such HUGE rock stars, you ask?
Kevin Wilkinson and Bryan Hagan met while attending Eastern Washington University, and eventually wound up working at KHQ-TV in Spokane. Kevin worked his way into a prestigious position as an Audio Engineer, while Bryan decided to secure his foot-hold as a meager Production Assistant. While airing the 11:00 news one night, there was a story about a SINKHOLE that had swallowed a car in the Spokane area. However, the hooked-on-phonics douchebag who entered the on-screen graphics that night accidentally left the "K" out of the headline and un-knowingly broadcast the vague sexual reference to AT LEAST 1000 viewers. :) Jaws dropped, muffled laughter filled the studio, and at that moment, they KNEW they had found the name for their studio project!
The two musical geniuses have since parted ways (geographically speaking) - Kevin is still the audio guru at KHQ in Spokane, and Bryan lives and works in the Seattle area! But the magic and grandeur of SinHole will live on forever! More music is DEFINITELY in the plans for the infamous SinHole.
OH... and feel free to download our songs and pass them around like a cheap hooker in a frat house. That's the only way anyone's ever going to hear us, and we're starved for attention.
