Formed in 2002 as an acoustic 3-piece, Sinkin' Ships have made a name for themselves in Canada playing a mix of Hardcore punk and Rock n roll.
The Ships have released an EP, 2 full length CDs and a 7" record as well as appearing on several compilations and film soundtracks. Most recently the Ships appeared on Rubber Factory Records tribute to LEATHERFACE along with The Saint Catherines and Hot Water Music. Sinkin' Ships music can also be found on the Pilot episode of CTVs "The Bridge", as well as the documentary film "King Kaufman: The Passion of Lloyd" and the Indy film "Production Office".
Sinkin' Ships will be releasing their 3rd full length cd this Fall.
You guys ripped as always tonight. Amazing stuff. Please keep myspace up to date. I usually hear about shows from here but only clue about tonight was word of mouth from the Bovine. Facebook gives some of us bad gas. :( Thanks again!
The Ships killed tonight!!! I've seen you play probably about 6 or 7 times and tonight was the best yet. The new material is outstanding....pleeze play more shows and record. I am thankful to be a citizen of Toronto and have an amazing local band who will eventually leave us!
