"Burn down the churches, rewrite all their glitches, we are the faces that make all their itches" spews Sinnergod in their track song "The Revolution".
Conceived by XeS and Vonstrange in the summer of 2001 after a very drunken night in a little homemade studio Sinnergod was born, the band are the UK..s next middle finger to the system taking no prisoners along the way. They have have built up quite a following over the last few years experiencing phenomenal feedback from their tracks to sellout shows around the uk gaining alot of press interest.
(The Southport Guardian said)
"It was a night that will stick in the memory - for all the right reasons. Shock goth band Sinnergod swept into Southport last Friday and took absolutely no prisoners at the Fubar. This outfit know how to rock. They are loud, brash, aggressive, in your face, but also very theatrical and very entertaining" says the Southport Guardian after a sellout show at the Fubar in 2005.
The band as of yet have still not released any of their tracks on either ep or album simply stating "Weve recorded the album 3 times and have never been happy" and have come to the conclusion that albums are for signed artists!!.
Sinnergods best year so far was 2007 not only making an appearance at the legendary Bloodstock Open Air festival, but being approached by ITV1 car show "Pulling Power" in which the band starred in a tongue-in-cheek documentary in were they had to judge a range of funeral hearses to use as their transport to shows. After years of constant member changes which the band are getting quite known for they have yet again a new lineup, still consiting of the monster 4 - XeS, Vonstrange, Kriss and Jinx the band are now accompanied by new guitarist HavoK.
