Siôn Russell Jones is a singer/songwriter from Cardiff, Wales - he has a unique and infectious vocal backed up by intricate guitar melodies and cracking choruses. In October 2010, Siôn released his debut album 'And Suddenly' via Still Small Voice Music, which he recorded during his final year at The Atrium School of Creative & Cultural Industries. Since the release of 'And Suddenly', Siôn's music has received airplay on regional & national radio stations and his latest single (Indestructible), made 'BBC Radio Wales Single of the Week', and was championed by Craig Charles on his BBC Radio 2 show. Siôn's music has been used regularly on Coronation Street & Eastenders.
2011 has been a great year so far for Siôn... he has been gigging relentlessly on the singer/songwriter circuit and has played many UK Festivals including, The Hay Philosophy Festival, The Acoustic Festival Of Britain, Festival Of The Celts, The Greenman Festival and in August Siôn opened a sold out gig for Newton Faulkner. He also signed an exclusive publishing deal with BDi Music [publishers of Jake Gosling, the producer and co-writer of Ed Sheeran's debut No.1 Album '+']' - sister company to Bucks Music Group.
Siôn is currently writing new songs for his forthcoming EP due for release in February 2012.
