Television
Not much time for TV-the DVR kindly records what I enjoy and I watch when I can-English footy, Mythbusters, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Countdown, UFO Files and other paranormal shows, and other cool shows on Discovery, Travel, History, National Geographic, and Comedy Central. On the whole, I can imagine a world without television...perhaps that is only because it has become a mindless diversion instead of the bastion of truth and learning it should be.
Books
Mostly non-fiction now regarding Witchcraft and Druidry in particular and religion in general, physics and philosophy (not as nerdy as it sounds), politics (mostly about how we can try and fix the messes of the last 40+ years), and the paranormal...also an entertaining fiction book (like The Da Vinci Code) as well as poetry and classic literature from time to time. I cannot imagine a world without books...I cannot imagine my life without Hemingway, Dumas, Shakespeare, Joyce, Bronte, etc. It is too bad and a spotlight on the sad state of human affairs that so many others can and do.
Heroes
I would not be who I am and where I am if it were not for the many that have served as mentors and role models...they know who they are. You should know who yours are. Be the hero to others.
About me: I seek a pleasant, good, and meaningful life.
I enjoy participating in sports, reading, writing, being with friends, and meeting new people. In truth, I have many varied interests and it would take much time and space to list here. I have two cats...they are cool. I work more hours than I should but I enjoy what I do every day and not everyone can say that.
Who I'd like to meet: Fun and interesting people interested in friendship, debate, and camaraderie...people that share some of the same interests and ideas that I do.
Eventually, a serious girlfriend would be nice though I am not holding my breath at this very moment...I figure that it will happen when it is truly meant to be.
Milano, Sweden and now Scotland were worth all these flights. So interesting. But add the 22 or so transatlantic flights I been on, geesh;)I should grow wings by now. They wouldn't hurt my good looks, would they hehe. Anyway, I need to get on with my project, so it'll be a bit later than what I said about me stopping for 'nother visit. Take care and Kuschel. Cori
Hey James, I wanted to thank you for being a good babysitter and keeping your little homey out of trouble. I guess I can say that I have graduated from the same school as Christy.
