| You Have a Melancholic Temperament |
Introspective and reflective, you think about everything and anything.
You are a soft-hearted daydreamer. You long for your ideal life.
You love silence and solitude. Everyday life is usually too chaotic for you.
Given enough time alone, it's easy for you to find inner peace.
You tend to be spiritual, having found your own meaning of life.
Wise and patient, you can help people through difficult times.
At your worst, you brood and sulk. Your negative thoughts can trap you.
You are reserved and withdrawn. This makes it hard to connect to others.
You tend to over think small things, making decisions difficult. |
| | Music | I listen to a lot of opera. My favorite composers are Puccini and Handel, but I love almost all of it, and I enjoy listening to anyone who sings their music well (this does not include Michael Bolton, Sarah Brightman, or any of those people like Il Divo or Opera Babes). I also like art song, tango, jazz, Celtic ballads, seafaring/PIRATE music (believe me, I know by now that I'm a weirdo) and Middle Eastern music...for bellydancing to!
Otherwise, David Bowie, The Dresden Dolls, Echo and the Bunnymen, The Smiths, Morrissey, The Cure, Cocteau Twins, Tori Amos, Bauhaus, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Dead Can Dance, Ministry, Christian Death, Gene Loves Jezebel, The Beatles, The Kinks, The Doors, OK Go, The Decemberists, The White Stripes, Sarah MacLachlan, Nina Gordon, Black Tape for a Blue Girl, Faith and the Muse, Diva Destruction, Malice Mizer, Dir en Grey, Moi-Dix-Mois, and so very much more...like that Dragostea Din Tei song. I know, wtf?
