You Have a Melancholic Temperament
Introspective and reflective, you think about everything and anything.
You are a soft-hearted daydreamer. You long for your ideal life.
You love silence and solitude. Everyday life is usually too chaotic for you.
Given enough time alone, it's easy for you to find inner peace.
You tend to be spiritual, having found your own meaning of life.
Wise and patient, you can help people through difficult times.
At your worst, you brood and sulk. Your negative thoughts can trap you.
You are reserved and withdrawn. This makes it hard to connect to others.
You tend to over think small things, making decisions difficult.
I listen to a lot of opera. My favorite composers are Puccini and Handel, but I love almost all of it, and I enjoy listening to anyone who sings their music well (this does not include Michael Bolton, Sarah Brightman, or any of those people like Il Divo or Opera Babes). I also like art song, tango, jazz, Celtic ballads, seafaring/PIRATE music (believe me, I know by now that I'm a weirdo) and Middle Eastern music...for bellydancing to!
Otherwise, David Bowie, The Dresden Dolls, Echo and the Bunnymen, The Smiths, Morrissey, The Cure, Cocteau Twins, Tori Amos, Bauhaus, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Dead Can Dance, Ministry, Christian Death, Gene Loves Jezebel, The Beatles, The Kinks, The Doors, OK Go, The Decemberists, The White Stripes, Sarah MacLachlan, Nina Gordon, Black Tape for a Blue Girl, Faith and the Muse, Diva Destruction, Malice Mizer, Dir en Grey, Moi-Dix-Mois, and so very much more...like that Dragostea Din Tei song. I know, wtf?
Lamplighter's Gilbert & Sullivan Scenes: Rose Maybud in Ruddigore and Cassandra in Princess Ida:
The Silence of the Lambs, Lolita (1997 version), Amadeus, Labyrinth, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Quills, The Prestige, The Libertine, My First Mister, Edward Scissorhands, Madama Butterfly filmed by Martin Scorsese, Interview with the Vampire, From Hell, Kill Bill, Prozac Nation, The Skeleton Key, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, V for Vendetta, A Streetcar Named Desire, the old D.W. Griffith movies with Mary Pickford and Lillian Gish, The Saddest Music in the World (so weird but so amusing), Le Chorale (The Chorus), The Red Violin....the list goes on and on and on! My criteria for a movie: it's got to have some amusing moments, ascerbic wit preferred, and beautifully filmed, moving movies are the best.

The Voodoo Doll, also known as Lily, began life in the middle of a gator-infested swamp in new orleans. She might have had a future as a voodoo queen if she hadn't spent her early years in a sideshow circuit, on display in a tank as "CAPTAIN JEAN LAFITTE'S MARVELOUS MERMAID" until her violent and bloody bid for freedom. Maybe it was the tail.
She currently resides in a small town that's much closer than you think.
Hey Sweetie! I'll try to make it tomorrow, but I have to leave for Alaska Sunday. But an excuse to rock with my buddies is always a good one! I can sleep on the plane!
Keep an eye out for me and visa versa! Miss Trixie
Also I don't want to sound all cheesey and what not, but I think it would be really cool to just hang out with you too. You seem like someone I would get along with =)
Awesome ^^ Hmmm...well we might be able to do a cemetery themed shoot with one of my photographers/friends. Have you done much with your belly dancing? I don't know how to dance yet, but I have a really awesome outfit that I have been wanting to use for a shoot. I have a lot of ideas or things we could turn into a shoot. Here's a link of my MM list of inspiration that you can check out: http://www.modelmayhem.com/list.php?list_id=47182&id=743944 See if any of that appeals to you. (I don't do any nude, glamor, or implied though. ) Anything that you have been wanting to do for a shoot?
Where in Cali do you live gorgeous? I would love to collaborate on a shoot with you and model with you. I think we would have fun and make an awesome shoot.
Mizz Rita, I hope you can make it on May 2nd. Also, if you are available July 20, I may need someone to be our "Schwag Hag" to sell CDs at our Slim's gig in SF (opening for Blue Oyster Cult). Our regular Schwag Hag may not be available. You would be selling our Tee's and CDs next to the BOC crew. You'd get in free, get free dinner and maybe (probably) get to hang out backstage and meet the band. Let me know if you think you might want to do this.
Hello! Have lots to write you about and miss you too! Will get back in the swing of mailing and will respond in a couple of days. Been hectic here. Much love and many blessings. :) xoxox
