I have 9 years of recording experience. I had a studio in Houston for 3 years and now run a studio in Brenham. As well as basic tracking I can do editing and mixdown, if we can get your project into WAV format. (This is NOT mastering)
If you have an event that needs a DJ or know a band that needs to hire a live sound engineer let me know. I ran live sound for two churches in Houston (couple of thousand people each) for three years.
I play Guitar, Bass and Drums and have done numerous songwriting sessions in different genres. If your music is in pre-production I can help you get it ready to track. I do not charge additional fees for co-production, but album credit is required.

SirenSound Productions is a recording studio, songwriting resource, musician referral and live sound reinforcement company committed to bringing you better music. Brenham Texas offers a central position between Houston and Austin, as well as being near Bryan/College Station and remote recording is always an option, albeit a more expensive one. We are ALWAYS seeking new talent (as long as it is talented talent) and will record any style of music. We have a large selection of high-quality microphones to choose from to get the sound you are looking for, as well as various outboard compressors and effects. (For full list of gear see blog.) We are set up for hard drive recording using ProTools 6.7 on a Pentium IV PC with a Digidesign 002 automated mixer, Mackie 1604 mixer, and a Pacific Pro Audio 200 gig hard drive (Oxford 911 chip set). In addition to basic tracking we do mixing and sequencing, meaning we can create beats for any rap groups or techno styles. Rates for basic tracking are $25/hour for tracking and mixing. Sequencing is available at $20/hour. If you are just getting started and do not have a full band additional studio musicians are available for a small extra cost. We are always looking for musicians to get together with other musicians to create new bands, or start side projects.

Hey John, Cowboy here. Just wanted to let you know what's going on in my life. I recently moved to the Bastrop area because I'm going to school at Mediatech Institute. When I graduate, I will be Pro Tools Certified. Like, there's this test from Digidesign where they offer you this certification in Pro Tools. Thought it was pretty cool so I'd tell you. Anyway, the school is based out of Arlyn Studios, down off South Congress. It's friggin kickass. Studio A has an old API 32 channel console. It is sick, man. I am supposed to get qualified on it Friday so I can start tracking with it.
Anyway, I just wanted to say hey! Have you upped to Pro Tools 8 yet? I can't wait to try it out!

hey There is a concert in brenham. It's saturday night. It's free all you need is a lawnchair.The band is Vince Vance. I'm planning on going. I don't know what time you'll probably have to research it. This guy has some uptight hair. No lie. It's like straight up. He does some songs by other artists, kindia like weird al only the same songs. so hope you can come.
