Cubase is a lot more fine tunable than buzz really. In buzz it's very easy to get a lot of stuff done in a short time, but the mixdown and fine tuning takes ages, because you have to work around all sorts of nasty limits. Also, it crashes a lot! xD
I hardly ever score things, only small bits and pieces. I used to play the electric piano downstairs, write a lot of stuff down and then go upstairs but then halfway of writing it down I usually got fed up with the melody already. I have a pretty short attent
