About me: Sistas In Poetry is a organization/magazine for women that love poetry and want to be heard so that they can make a difference.
We plan on being around for a long time cuz this isn't just about poetry. No, it's much deeper than that. Here we're all sisters in poetry and in life. We not only focus on poetry we focus on issues that women deal with like abuse, career and family. Things that matter to us. We hope to travel in groups and speak in front of many and support other organizations that share the same concerns as we do one day. There's a lot ahead for SIP and we want you to be there to bond with other women with the same issues and concerns.
