Music, Reading, Writing, Partying, Nights on the tiles (although they're few and far between), Acting, Comedy, Having a laugh with friends, Those few people I feel privileged to call my true friends, My family, eating sugar cubes from the bowl even though they're meant for cups of tea, Faffing about on the internet for no apparent reason, Meeting people, Swimming, Scrabble with my granny, Travelling, Mythology (particularly Greek. Those ones were always the most fun - gross as they could be), Blogging, Linguistic discussions with loved ones (although the first-year flatmates were the best ones to do this with), singing, a bit of telly, cooking (when I can be arsed), buying things whether I need them or not, scoffing pre-made sugar cubes from the bowl, vegging out, daydreaming, lie-ins, learning Japanese, extravagant prevarication, Idents, Linguistics, Really Good Books, Ned-Bashing, Trivialities, Useless Information, Useful Information, Procrastination, Wikipedia, Retro stuff, Love and other four letter words, Reading the backs of cereal boxes, collecting things (keyrings and retro t-shirts are a particular weakness of mine)
You get the idea.
Music
Take the quiz: What 90s Rock Band Are You Like The Red Hot Chili Peppers One of the greatest bands ever. You broke down so many barriers since the 70s, you still rock hard today with the same band mates you had in the early 80s.
Congratulations! You are John. In three words: Intense, Harmonic, Artistic. You are probably kind of timid, but you have a GIGANTIC passion for what you do. You come across to people as intense and shy, and you probably felt misunderstood at some point in your life. You are very timid, and, being the guitarist, in the spotlight sometimes, which kind of embarrasses you. Sometimes you get so into what you are doing you take it into excess... but that's okay. You have since recovered, and are deeply in touch with your spirit. You are too cute, no one can resist you. Take this quiz!
The Beatles, Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Fleetwood Mac, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Ramones, Talking Heads, KT Tunstall, Franz Ferdinand, The B-52's, Alanis Morissette, The Raconteurs, Green Day, Traveling Wilburys, Shawn Colvin, Karine Polwart, Sheryl Crow, The Fratellis, Kate Bush, John Frusciante, No Sweat, Little Green Machine, The Adrenaline, Hidden Agenda, The Mars Patrol, The Kinks, Martha Wainwright, Nerina Pallot, The Clash, The Foo Fighters, CSS, The Gossip, Blondie, Evanescence, Catatonia, New Young Pony Club, The Dresden Dolls...
Ch'yeah...I have a lot of favourites. So damn many, in fact, that it's got to the stage that I despise being asked this goddamn question because it requires me to do a lot of thinking. But I'm pretty sure you'ved gathered that music is pretty much my life - well, that and literature - and so really all you need is a taster of favourites. Nothing more.
I fucking hate dance music, RnB and Emo. Except for Panic! At the Disco, they're alright.
Rocky Horror Picture Show, Corpse Bride, Nightmare Before Christmas, The Lion King, Yellow Submarine, Hard Day's Night, The Big Lebowski, Anchorman, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Pirates of the Caribbean, Donnie Darko, Belleville Rendez-Vous, Silence of the Lambs (really wanna read the book...), The Dark Crystal, Wayne's World, Life of Brian, Capote, Infamous, All the President's Men, Beauty and the Beast, Robin Hood (Disney version)...
Once again, there is really far too many to name, so don't bother asking me any more about it because we'll just end up being here all day, and that would just be with me trying to remember them all!
Also what the fuck is so great about High School Musical?! It's SHIT! I haven't seen it but I've heard bits of it and some of the songs from it and it's such bollocks! Fucking hell, my little cousins could make a better film! >:(

"Has my heart loved 'till now? Forswear it, sight! For I never saw a true beauty 'till this night."
Mostly the music channels, except for MTV because it's shit. It no longer has the right to the 'M' in its name. Or at least, it no longer stands for 'music', it more seems to stand for 'moronic' these days.
As for what I do watch...Being Human, Family Guy, Blackadder, The Young Ones, Camberwick Green (indeed all those decent programmes I watched in my near-idyllic childhood), Black Books, Skins, Monty Python (yes), The Beatles Anthology, South Park, the Simpsons (although the old episodes were better), Desperate Housewives, Father Ted, Beavis and Butt-head, Butterflies, Mock the Week (double yes)...

There is now a long reading list at the side of my bed that I have yet to nom my way through - this, however, must wait till summer at least, when uni is by. There's about 20 books on it.
I'm also writing my own stuff. Redrafts all round.

"I'm selfish, impatient & a little insecure. I make mistakes. I am out of control & at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best" Marilyn Monroe
I'm not on this as much now with Facebook being all the rage, but I'm not going to zap it any time soon, I promise :)
I like books, music and films. TV, not so much.
I like that society does not consider me to be normal. There would be nothing worse. And besides, normal is merely a subjective term. There is no set definition.
I like how all the pretty girls I was stuck at school with grew out of their looks, and how in the five or so years since I last saw them I've made more of myself than they have. No steam off my shit.
Since I moved to Glasgow three years ago, I've learned not to take myself seriously. After all, when you think about it, no one else does. :P
Yeah I decided to do some tagging whilst I was all insomniac-like last night. For some reason I couldn't tag you. I think you just can't tag a person in pictures on their own profile anymore.
Fantastic! I'm currently in the process of making the corset for my costume and trying to pick what material I want for the dress. :D I like making costumes.
It's DP taking you this year isn't it? Don't worry about the brief, he'll explain each assignment nearer the time. as for the big real world. Yeah it aint fun, but then I'm unemployed. You might get out when the recession is tailing off.
David Bedella was the guy playing him when I saw 'The Rocky Horror Show' live for the first time ever. Actually, checking his wiki he may be reprising the role for the performance we're going to later this year. Awesome. :D
I've seen some pictures of Anthony Stewart Head as Frank. GOD. DAMN. O_O Yep, both him and Tim Curry work the role, and it ain't an easy one. I can't picture Mick Jagger as Frank myself, but then I'm not such a huge Jagger fan.
Check out www.stoptheremake.com if you haven't already. I'm hearing rumours of Marilyn Manson as Frank and Emma Watson as Janet. I think I'm going to cry. DX
I was wondering about that too but Mhairi wanted it to be in the west end for easy access to Bedlam. If it turns out to be too much of a problem for people I'll probably do a last-minute relocation.
Yeah I meant to Club Noir. Sorry, should have specified. Peter and myself will buy the tickets to Rocky Horror ourselves. Peter's never been to a live Rocky showing and he's a little scared that I'll force him into a corset and fishnets or something. XD
I'll keep that date in my diary. The last time I saw Rocky live it was an absolute riot. XD
As for Club Noir, don't worry about it too much. Hopefully soon my money situation may be improving a little and if I can't buy them myself I should be able to pay you back pretty soon-ish.
