Zennie and Safira met each other 15 years ago at Fascin-8-ers Square Dance Youth Group and have been dancing together ever since!
They both share a background in square dance,
ballet, tap, and belly dance. Zennie also studied some jazz... and Safira has studies in gymnastics, lyrical, modern, and hip hop as well. Both Zennie & Safira have been belly dancing for almost 3 years. Safira began her studies with Halima in Richlands, NC.
They have both studied belly dance primarily with Lady Morrighan of Boundless Fusion Belly Dance in Hammond, LA. They were members of her student troupe "Hip'notiq Boundless Belly Dance" gaining them experience at performance venues across Louisiana and into Mississippi. About me: Wanderers, nomads, adventurers...sisters Zennie and Safira are traveling the world in search of adventure, fun, and fortune. We move from village to village entertaining the people with our dance and stories for a little coin as we search for the next big adventure!
Unfortunately, Sisters of Fortune will no longer be performing together.
For information on how to book Safira for a private event, please call Lamb and Wolf Productions at 985-264-4345.
Come and rock out with the Pirates Charles throughout the month of February! We'll be playing two different shows at the Redwood Bar and Grill in Downtown LA, a fabulously steezy bar of piratical proportions - first is on February 5 and is a charity show to raise money to rebuild post-Katrina New Orleans, and the other is on Feb 15 - a gigantic promotional party for PyrateCon2008!
And of course, don't forget to come rock out with us and our good friends The Atma along with Ledfoot and The Virgineers at the Verity Room on Friday, February 8!

Thank you for your friendship and your interest in our first film Shroud.
As lifelong students of history, we have a particular fascination with the middle ages – honestly, what kid didn’t grow up fantasizing about knights and armor?
Though set in the Old West, the story of Shroud is serviced by several rich medieval revelations, not the least of which is the Teutonic Knights, and their fall at the Battle of Grunwald in 1410 AD. The script beautifully and logically incorporates plate mail and a broadsword in support of an elegant plot that will keep you guessing until the very end.
The priority of the Teutonic Knights is eventually revealed as the lynchpin of this particular western story. With the historical reality of female knights, we were able to enshrine our beautiful lead actress in fitted mail without a gross violation of historical precedent.
More pictures, videos, screen savers and other goodies are coming soon. We know your time is important to you… so thank you for letting us have a little part of your day.
