Sita Chandrika a 23 year old singer/songwriter from Queens, New York, has been performing since the age of three. It was during her freshman year in college that she first started writing music. Since then, Sita has performed her work in local and out-of-state cafes, restaurants, clubs, schools, and weddings. In 2005, she graduated from Nyack College with a B.A. in music and is currently studying privately with vocal coach Sally Fox in Manhattan. More than just catchy tunes, Sita's songs ignite one's mind and soul. Her unique style and lyrics are a breath of fresh air to the mechanical and monotonous music industry.
