Like many bands, Six Feet Over started out with just friends playing music. We believe that people should do what makes them happy. We love to play music for the sake of music and to make people happy.
We're all friends first and we will continue to do this as long as we continue to love it. We've currently had gig's or played at the Dover Brickhouse, Biddy Mulligan's, Smokey's Tavern, Slim's, Governor's Inn Cafe, Old Oak Tavern, The Orchard Street Chop Shop, The Blue Mermaid, We will be playing twice this summer at the Redhook Brewery and we are looking into playing at the Gaslight.
We started as a cover band but now have many originals including Dance Tonight, Take Me Home, Your Song, Beautiful Distraction, Sister Blue, Revelation and more to come.
Ohh... three of us are teachers.
Sorry students- We won't be adding you as friends unless you're in a band or you've come to the ripe old age of 18. Feel free to check us out though.
Just checking back with you to remind you that Powerplayed is really interested in showcasing your videos. I know I reached out some time ago but haven’t seen an upload from you as of yet. Powerplayed offers a free membership, free upload and gives you a platform to expose your talent to a quarter of a million people. Also, by uploading your video you are automatically entered in the running to be a part of our Friday “Independents Day” e-blast, dedicated to indie artists that exposes your work to a lengthy list of music industry execs.
