Band MembersWELCOME TO THE SIX FOOT UNDER REVOLUTION!

Six Foot Under is a band like no other. Over 20 different musicians played on their last album, Breaking Free, a five album box-set described by one reviewer as "PROBABLY THE MOST ORIGINAL ALBUM EVER".

Six Foot Under is about much more than music. The band is signed to highly maverick record label, Beyond Reality Music and is fronted by, perhaps the angriest man on the planet, Jeremy Holtom.

Please support us in taking a stand against the insanity and bullshit of today's world. Daily we fight battles with stupid rules, call centres and banks, bad service from businesses and many other things.

Help us to break down the dam blocking the best music from breaking through.

Help us in our fight against bullshit rules, political correctness and the general insanity of modern life from bloody awful banks and call centres to the smoking ban, the bloody awful service of businesses and the stealing of our hard earned money by politicians and other sleezebags.

Enjoy the music and help us to put the excitement and inspiration back into the music business and the world.

The Turkey shot out of the Oven

The turkey shot out of the oven
and rocketed into the air,
it knocked every plate off the table
and partly demolished a chair.

It ricocheted into a corner
and burst with a deafening boom,
then splattered all over the kitchen,
completely obscuring the room.

It stuck to the walls and the windows,
it totally coated the floor,
there was turkey attached to the ceiling,
where there'd never been turkey before.

It blanketed every appliance,
it smeared every saucer and bowl,
there wasn't a way I could stop it,
that turkey was out of control.

I scraped and I scrubbed with displeasure,
and thought with chagrin as I mopped,
that I'd never again stuff a turkey
with popcorn that hadn't been popped.

CHANGES IN LIFE
In every change that you experience in life,
there will be times when you'll wonder if you can endure.
But you'll learn that facing each difficulty one by one isn't so hard.
It's when you don't deal with a situation that it sometimes comes back to confront you again.
Changes are sometimes very painful,
but they teach us that we can endure
and that we can become stronger.
Everything that comes into your life has a purpose,
but the outcome is in your hands by the action you take.
Be wise with your life,
be willing to endure,
and always be willing to face life's challenges.

ALWAYS AIM HIGHER

Always aim higher than you believe you can reach. So often, you'll discover that when your talents are set free by your imagination, you can achieve any goal.

If people offer their help or wisdom as you go through life, accept it gratefully. You can learn much from those who have gone before you. But never be afraid or hesitant to step off the accepted path and head off in your own direction if your heart tells you that it's the right way for you.

Always believe that you will ultimately succeed at whatever you do, and never forget the value of persistence, discipline, and determination.

You are meant to be whatever you dream of becoming.

Never Give Up

In that dark lonesome place
between a dream dreamed
and a dream realized,
I have left a little light for you
so you will know that someone cares
and believes in your dream.
Just where it becomes the most dark
and difficult to find your way,
there is the light I left for you.
It will light your way,
through the doubt, the confusion,
and the fears,
It will stay with you
all the way to the realization
of your dream.
And when your dream has come true,
please go back to that darkest place
where you have been,
And set the little light there to give heart
to the next sweet soul that braves the path
to his or her dreams.
Dreamers are the architects of greatness.
There wisdom lies within their souls.
Dream long enough and hard enough
and your dream can be attained.

WHAT IS HAPPINESS?
The 92-year-old, petite, well-poised and proud lady, who is fully dressed each morning by eight o'clock, with her hair fashionably coifed and makeup perfectly applied, even though she is legally blind, moved to a nursing home today. Her husband of 70 years recently passed away, making the move necessary. After many hours of waiting patiently in the lobby of the nursing home, she smiled sweetly when told her room was ready. As she maneuvered her walker to the elevator, I provided a visual description of her tiny room, including the eyelet sheets that had been hung on her window. "I love it," she stated with the enthusiasm of an eight-year-old having just been presented with a new puppy. "Mrs. Jones, you haven't seen the room .... just wait." "That doesn't have anything to do with it," she replied. "Happiness is something you decide on ahead of time. Whether I like my room or not doesn't depend on how the furniture is arranged, it's how I arrange my mind. I already decided to love it. It's a decision I make every morning when I wake up. I have a choice; I can spend the day in bed recounting the difficulty I have with the parts of my body that no longer work, or get out of bed and be thankful for the ones that do. Each day is a gift, and as long as my eyes open I'll focus on the new day and all the happy memories I've stored away, just for this time in my life." She went on to explain, "Old age is like a bank account, you withdraw from what you've put in. So, my advice to you would be to deposit a lot of happiness in the bank account of memories Thank you for your part in filling my Memory bank. I am still depositing." And with a smile, she said: "Remember the five simple rules to be happy: 1. Free your heart from hatred. 2. Free your mind from worries. 3. Live simply. 4. Give more. 5. Expect less."

Thanks for being my Friend

A friend is the one who tells you the truth
regardless of the cost,
A friend will help you find the thing's
you'd given up as lost

A friend will never put you down
or make you feel alone,
He'll smile and try to comfort you
'cause together you have grown

A friend is the one who picks you up
when you've fallen on the ground,
A friend is the one whose voice at night
is a welcome, warming sound

So when you think you're on your own
and wish you had a helping hand,
Remember, a friend is the one who,
when you cry, will always understand

Because the world is full of people
who will laughingly pretend,
But, when it's said and done
you're lucky if you've got a friend ...

Yo Six Foot Under Revolutionasaurus. I just found out that we're related...and as a special family only present we've made a new song for you called "End of Days" (start doing backflips now). It's an epic instrumental opus to the moment when our ancient Dino relatives saw a large fiery object plummeting towards them. Please come to our page, give it a listen and let us know if it makes you feel like something catastrophic is gonna happen. If the song upsets you too much we will be holding a support group (read: comcert) soon to make it up to you. Come back for show dates and details.
